We make commissioned owner films from images the client supplies. A submission on /commission is a request, not an order. We do not send an automatic reply. A contract is formed only if we later agree terms with the person who wrote.

A website is a “periodisches elektronisches Medium” under MedienG § 1(1) Z 5a lit. b. Section 25 therefore applies to websites. Section 24 (the printed-work / newsletter Impressum) is, on the official USP reading, not written for ordinary websites; the ECG § 5 block above is the website Impressum.

Whether this studio site is a “small” site under § 25(5) (presentation of the media owner / the personal sphere, with no further content capable of influencing public opinion) or a “large” site (full § 25(2)-(4) disclosure, including ownership and a statement of editorial direction) is not locked. Commissioned films shown as the studio’s own work can reasonably be read as product presentation. A lawyer must classify the site.

Until that classification is locked, we state only the minimum that § 25(5) itself requires for a small site:
